Our Story

Coorditech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. was founded with a clear purpose: to bring structure, precision, and accountability to electrical BIM delivery for complex construction projects.

Our journey began at the intersection of design and execution. After years of hands-on experience working with leading contractors and BIM consultancies, we saw a recurring gap between design intent and field reality. Drawings were often technically correct but not always constructible, coordinated, or aligned with installation work-flows.
Coorditech was created to close that gap.

Built on nearly a decade of experience across health-care, aviation, data centers, institutional buildings, and large commercial developments, our company focuses on delivering electrical BIM models and documentation that contractors can actually build from. We understand schedules, coordination pressure, prefabrication requirements, and the level of clarity field teams need to execute without rework.

Today, Coorditech Engineers operates as a focused BIM and design support partner, helping project teams move confidently from concept to construction. Having worked closely with Profab Electrical Engineering, Rahul brings deep technical insight and hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. His leadership blends practical field knowledge with design innovation, ensuring Coorditech delivers consistent quality and real-world constructability in every project.
